Our Methodology:
WORK IN / WORK OUT
My name is Tate Keller. I’ve lived in San José del Cabo for the past 18 years, and I had the privilege of going through this program myself as a young boy—guided by my mentor, Josh Smith.
As I’ve grown older, I’ve come to deeply appreciate the impact of having a mentor early in life. Now, I’m honored to carry this work forward, helping other boys find focus, build confidence, and move in a positive direction.

PURPOSE
Boys Club is a mentorship program for young men—hands-on, heart-led, and purpose-driven. It’s not just activities; it’s a space where boys are challenged, heard, and guided by strong male mentors.
Through music, movement, strategy games, building, martial arts, and honest conversation, they discover passions, build confidence, and learn what it means to lead. This is men helping men grow.
WORK OUT
Young men undergo rapid physical, emotional, and spiritual changes. At Boys Club, we prioritize keeping them active through exercise, which helps balance hormones, reduce stress, improve sleep, and strengthen both body and mind. This approach also enhances their focus and overall well-being. We focus on calisthenic based exercises like animal movements, gymnastics rings, as well as simple martial art foundations (boxing, kungfu, qigong), as well as playing games in between working out such as soccer, football, skateboarding
WORK IN
After class, the boys are exhausted, muscles exercised, and blood flowing rapidly. It's crucial to calm blood flow, lower heart rate, and relax muscles. This is one of the most important parts of the class, relaxing the muscle tension, and calming the mind. We go through a very simple yoga routine that they can practice at home, to relieve any physical tension in the body and then a simple guided meditation to calm the mind.
